Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how P.D. Morrison Enterprises, Inc. (“we,” “us”), the operator of the FlowURP application (“FlowURP”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with FlowURP.

1. Who We Are

FlowURP is internal business software operated by P.D. Morrison Enterprises, Inc. for managing various product distribution operations. You can reach us at pdme2013@gmail.com or PDME, 9518 Topridge Dr. Unit 36, Austin, TX 78750.

2. Information We Collect

Account and identity information

When you sign in, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth, including any single sign-on provider you use to authenticate).

Business records you enter

FlowURP stores the business data you create and manage in it, including customers, suppliers, products, orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, credit memos, and requests for quote.

QuickBooks Online (Intuit) data

If you connect FlowURP to Intuit QuickBooks Online, we access and process data from your QuickBooks company solely to synchronize your accounting records. This includes company information, customers, items, and invoice and credit-memo records that FlowURP creates or updates in QuickBooks. To maintain the connection, we securely store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Intuit. We use QuickBooks data only to provide the accounting-synchronization features of FlowURP. You can disconnect FlowURP from QuickBooks at any time from FlowURP’s QuickBooks settings, or by revoking access from within your Intuit account; doing so stops further synchronization and revokes the stored tokens.

Email processing

FlowURP sends transactional email (such as quotes and order documents) through an SMTP email service. FlowURP also reads inbound request-for-quote messages from a designated mailbox through the Microsoft Graph API in order to record incoming customer requests.

Shipping and tracking

To show delivery status, FlowURP sends shipment tracking numbers to the relevant carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL) and retrieves status updates.

3. How We Use Information

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to provide FlowURP:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information or your QuickBooks data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Data Security

We protect information using encryption in transit, access controls, and database row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate FlowURP and to meet our legal, accounting, and business-record obligations. When you disconnect QuickBooks, the stored Intuit tokens are revoked.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at pdme2013@gmail.com or PDME, 9518 Topridge Dr. Unit 36, Austin, TX 78750. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
